We are husband and wife team Gordon and Bridget Foulis. We’re the proud owners of Platinum Century Property real estate agency. We’re supported by a staff of highly motivated property experts who know the area exceptionally well. For the last 20 years, since our inception, we’ve worked closely with expert real estate transferring attorneys. Because of their involvement with us at the very start of the Century City development, they have complete knowledge of real estate property, sales and rentals law. They assist us and our clients with navigating the potential pitfalls that come with working with body corporates, sectional title developments, and homeowners associations.
We bought our first property in Century City in 2004 and since then we’ve made Century City our home and our dedicated business environment. This puts us in the unique position of living in and also enjoying the many benefits of Century City. But it also gives us first-hand knowledge of the area, to pass on to prospective real estate buyers, sellers and property owners.

Platinum Century Property offers a full property rental and management service. In addition to property sales and rentals, our team can assist you with complete peace of mind management of your rental property. Property owners who don’t wish to involve themselves in managing their rental properties can hand over daily management of their properties to us. Our service is so complete that some of our existing landlords even live outside of South Africa. They are safe in the knowledge that their property is well looked after by our team.

This covers the whole spectrum of rental property needs, including plumbers, electricians, builders, handymen etc. Our dedicated property management team will always gladly get involved to ensure that properties in their care are properly maintained and serviced.
